Excellent customer service
I had a really positive experience in DFS over the past couple of days. When I first visited, I met Paula who was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. She took the time to talk me through the options and made the whole process feel very easy.
I came back the next day to make my decision and was looked after by Orla. She was equally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly while guiding me through the final details.
Thanks to both Paula and Orla, the whole experience felt relaxed and straightforward, and I was able to make my decision with confidence. Excellent customer service.

Wonderful Experience Mahon Store Cork Ireland
When we entered the shop (Mahon Store - Cork) we were met by a friendly store assistant called Katie. Who could not have done anymore for us. From her time given to the smile throughout. Katie is a credit to DFS and to the cork Mahon store.
