Quality Sofa & Good customer service
Staff were very helpful in store, delivery was great. Sofa really good quality.
There was one minor issue with power recliner missing an adapter, delivery guys made a note, and was resolved promptly by customer service getting a new adapter sent out within a few weeks, and now fixed.

I had a great experience today purchasing Sofa from DFS Alvis retail park. The staff were welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
