Brilliant customer service.
Very welcoming staff in Crawley County Mall DFS store. We were even offered a drink whilst going through a very detailed introduction about the sofa that we loved and did bought. Overall really pleasant experience and would definitely visit the store again.

The DFS policy of a £129 delivery was unexpected and in my opinion should be built into the price.

All the staff were very nice and we even enjoyed a coffee as we were discussing the options.

Excellent friendly service with a coffee and a smile
We found our sales advisor very informative and helpful, it was nice to feel relaxed with our cappuccinos that we were offered whilst the finer details of our purchase were being explained fully. I didn't feel pressured at all into making a purchase which was reassuring. I would definitely recommend you store to my friends.

Brooke was lovely!
Brooke was really personable, friendly and professional.
I had visited the store previously and researched so knew what I wanted. Brooke was very good at checking details and colour options, showing examples in store and made the ordering process very easy. When feeling the difference between the cushion options, she was insistent I sat like I did at home so I did take my shoes off and tuck my feet up to be comfortable!
She was very clear with the care of the sofa and the products on offer, which we purchased.
Would definitely return in the future and ask for Brooke’s assistance again.
