All our queries we answered, the assistant wasn’t trying to force a sale or push us like many others can be I would use her name but unfortunately I didn’t quite catch it. Overall it was a good experience.

Customer service was fantastic I received today, lady was very helpful and attentive would recommend going here for a sofa top customer service and customer satisfaction form the lady who served me forgot her name she had Chanel glasses and curly hair .she is great :)

First Time Visit
Visited DFS for the first time to purchase a new sofa - it took x3 visits to make a final decision
All staff members we interacted with were friendly & helpful
In particular, Aaliyah who we completed our purchase with was amazing.
She explained everything clearly, made sure we understood the lead time for delivery and also was completely clear on expectations if we should need to claim on the additional cover we purchased for damage etc.
