I recently visited DFS Merry Hill with my wife and young family to purchase a new sofa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the moment we walked into the store, we were made to feel welcome and valued. The member of staff who assisted us was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and patiently guided us through the various options available. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire process, and he explained everything in a clear and detailed manner, including the different sofa ranges, customisation options, delivery process, and aftercare protection plans.

What stood out most was his friendly personality and genuine willingness to help. He never made us feel pressured and instead focused on ensuring we made the right choice for our family. It was clear that he had many years of experience, and his professionalism and attention to detail gave us complete confidence in our purchase.

We needed a sofa to be delivered quickly, and the sales team were very helpful. We were given time and space to look, and once we had made up our minds the sales assistant was very informative, efficient and friendly

Only went in to browse, but the store was laid out in fabulous individual room settings with a huge choice of great furniture. I was really happy to place an order and thought the finance deals offered perfectly suited my tight budget. Staff were not pushy but left me look around ask questions and guided me into a better quality product to suit my needs and top budget. Ben the member of staff had an excellent approach to showing me the best deal. Extremely professional and gave a positive answer to all my questions. At no time did I feel under pressure to purchase but decided I was getting a really good and affordable deal

Amazing customer service, allowed us to look around ask if we need help. When i did call someone for help they gave great advice. Helped us choose the right sofa. Merry hill shop dealt with a friendly, knowledgeable young man i can’t recall his name but he was very helpful and professional.

The assistant was really lovely. He was knowledgeable and helpful even though he hasn’t worked there long. He provided good advice and was informative around products

The service was excellent. On arrival to the store, I was noticed and greeted warmly and then left in peace to look around and take my time.
When I found a sofa of interest, staff member Jake was excellent. Funny, friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Explained options clearly and with enthusiasm and made the experience less daunting and felt more like talking to a friend. Highly recommend buying from DFS and ask for Jake!
