Great service
Went to DFS in Merry Hill today to choose a new sofa. The man that served us (didn’t take his name unfortunately) was happy to assist, very helpful and friendly and answered any questions I asked and I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision.

I had to go into the store 4 times…
I had to go into the store 4 times before my query was resolved - the staff kept stating they couldn't find me or my request or me as a customer - it was only when I went to see the Manager that my issue was resolved and very quickly. The Manager apologised but it shouldn't have taken this long.
