She was the perfect amount of helpful she wasn’t always there she came when needed didn’t linger didn’t push towards anything. She was the perfect amount of presence where as normally going into dfs you get hounded by people and it ruins your looking experience
She is 100/10 need more staff like her!!

Ellie didnt make us feel pressured. She was friendly and knowledgable wirhout being overbearing which is a problem we have had in the past with sales people. Even took us outside the side door so we could see the samples in the sunlight.

We were met at the entrance by Shaun. My wife and myself were in for a browse. Shaun invited us to walk through the store and sit on any of the sofas in stock. He let us know that he would be available to answer any questions we had. We arrived back at the entrance to the store and made ourselves comfortable on the French connection sofa and chair. Shaun asked if he could join us to provide information on size, fabric, extras and lead times. Shaun spent 30 minutes with us taking us through all of the options, pricing, delivery and guarantees.
My wife was 90% certain about the sofa we had decided upon. She told Shaun that there was one other option in another store that we had to look at. Shaun provided directions and Invited us back when we had made a decision.
We came back to DFS and chose the sofa we been considering. We were very impressed with Shaun's approach, his willingness to spend time discussing all aspects of our purchase. Overall our experience at Dfs Dundee was overwhelmingly positive.

Casey was very attentive and helpful. We took quite a while to make our minds up and she was very patient with us. We didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. Casey also made some very good suggestions about the items we were buying.

John helped us with our decision answering all our questions, made us feel as ease and explained everything to our satisfaction

We received excellent service when we placed our order for the new suite. Additional information provided ensured we chose the correct furniture for us. Would buy again from DFS without hesitation all staff we interacted with were most helpful.

I had the most enjoyable and relaxing visit to DFS Dundee today. I wasn't overly sure what I was looking for and was given the space to wander without pressure. John was exceptional in his customer service, I can't fault the entire team, and I'm very much looking forward to my sofa arriving.
