Was genuinely interested in what we wanted. And how it would all suit.

Buying furniture for our living room
We had time alone to view the furniture before an assistant asked if they could help. They were able to answer all our questions and were polite and courteous. The customer service was excellent.

Michelle was excellent at explaining the different couches I looked at both when I was in the store today with my husband and last week when I was there on my own and she also emailed and promptly responded to my questions. She was very helpful regarding the size of the couch and helpful when choosing the material and explained the offers that were currently on.
