DFS Consultant knew the product/sofa well when asked about dimensions etc. While we were probably quite an easy sell, her overall demeanour made the experience simple and stress free. Listened to what we wanted and needed having two toddlers to consider.

Good show room with plenty of choice. Plenty of sales people on hand but not pushy! Very helpful and good explanation of services and finance deals on offer. Pamela was our sales person and she was fantastic.

The staff in DFS Gateshead are all very attentive and friendly, letting us have a look but can answer any questions when it came to ordering we were talked through everything. Excellent shopping experience thank you.

Furniture in this store is beautiful, high quality, and loads of choice. The lady who placed my order was called Nicola. She was very patient, professional, knowledgeable, polite, and a genuinely lovely lady. No heavy sales talk and thanks so much for a wonderful experience.
