All the staff in DFS have been warm…
All the staff in DFS have been warm friendly and welcoming, all have a fantastic professional knowledge. They made me feel at ease and there was no hard sell involved. I bought a fantastic piece of furniture in store, and very much value for money. I believe they all should be involved in the teaching of customer service, as they all seem to understand and undertake this naturally.

Well Done DFS Haverfordwest .. your staff have been absolutely amazing. As soon as I walked into the Store I was made to feel welcome.
The Saleswoman was most helpful and gave great advice whilst purchasing a Sofa and chair .
Today it has been delivered.. and again to be fair the two gentleman could not have been more courteous and helpful .

Absolutely disgusted
I purchased a large rug. It took 2 months to arrive. On laying it down it had a large 4" crease in it full width of rug. I rolled the rug to try and get the crease out to no avail. Then I noticed it is the hessian backing that has been very badly creased. This crease will not come out. I rang DFS told someone would call in 72hrs. No one did, I called again, told someone would call in 5 days, no call. I rang again. Someone will call in 73hrs. So I took the rug back to the store and told them it's not fit for purpose I want a refund. They couldn't told they would call them and get them to issue a refund. No refund. I called again told someone would call in 72hrs. How do I get them to refund this rug? It is not fit for purpose. Don't buy from them. Because if you have an issue nothing will be refunded or sorted out. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
