Friendly and knowledgeable staff
I have been to the shop a few times and I like it that the staff let you browse freely and do not put you under any pressure to choose quickly.
Today we wanted to order a sofa so Maf answered all our questions clearly and concisely and then Sara took our order. She was very polite and clearly explained the maintenance process for the sofas and also how the order and delivery takes place.
The whole process was swift and we left feeling confident that we had purchased the right sofa with the right people.

Hi we had a great experience at the dfs huddersfield branch maf was excellent in explaining everything to us about all the worries we had about the size and went the extra mile to get all tje dimensions for us. Will definitely recommend this branch to anyone who has to purchase a new sofa.

I went into your store last year. And I spoke to Maf he asked me, did I need any help? And I said that I wanted a a corner sofa has to be material and a recliner?He said come with me and he found exactly what I was looking for I went in last week again and ordered it maf he's really good at his job.
