I had a lovely lady called Mary i rang my order through as i had been to the hull shop , save me going back through ,she was so helpfull and absolutely a pleasure to speak to ,she made my ordering easy..thank you Mary she was based in doncaster xxxx

We had to make a few visits here due to measuring issues and classic constant changing of mind..
We spoke with a few members of the staff, the store manager (we didn’t take his name), Vicky and also Paul R (another one) but it was Charlotte who spent a lot of time with us, going through every measurement, orientation, colour and cushion.. She did a great job of advising us on the options and helped us every step of the way..

Just looking forward to sitting on them now.

Professional but personable staff

The lady that served us was extremely helpful polite and very informative. I feel she went above and beyond. I think her name was Antonia.

A great experience from start to finish. Me and my partner went into the store looking for the perfect sofa and we were very successful. A big shout out to Paul and Amelia who were so helpful with our purchase. With being first time buyers looking for our first sofa, we didn’t really know where to start, but they made it a whole lot easier. Due to the high level of customer service, we also bought a mattress too so we managed to get a few things sorted in the same day. We would definitely recommend this place.

Phil was very and pleasent at the Hull St Andrews Quay store, he was highly informative and knowledgeable about the sofa, delivery and after care, an all round good experience.

Excellent products. Really helpful guy called Paul who unfortunately had to run around the shop following me whilst I did my impression of Goldilocks eg. This one's too soft, this one's too hard, this one's just right! We purchased 2 x 2 seater recliners and a gorgeous rug.

I recently purchased a new armchair and I have to give a huge shoutout to Kurtis, the customer service representative who helped us. From the moment we started talking, Kurtis stood out for all the right reasons.
He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products—every question we had (and we had a lot!) he answered thoroughly and confidently, without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. What I appreciated most was that he was genuinely not pushy at all. He gave us plenty of time and space to think things over, discuss options between ourselves, and really consider what we wanted. There was zero pressure tactics—just honest, helpful guidance.
Honestly, we were on the fence when we walked in, but it was because of Kurtis that we ultimately decided to go ahead with the purchase. His patience, expertise, and friendly approach made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We left the store feeling great about our decision and confident we’d chosen the right sofa (and the right place to buy it from).
