All the staff where excellent, no pushy sales assistant, they told you to go test everything and when you made a decision they came over and went through sizes colours to help you make it fit your space.
They always have good prices and quality furniture.

Will was polite, freinsly and very informative and made us feel at ease when deciding on which sofa would be right for us.

Our experience was very good, sales man was very good and he was very nice.I don’t remember his name but he was old man.

The best experience of us buying a sopha was the you g man who dealt with us he was so kind and considerate my mum is 99 years old and he was so nice to her she really praised him it was a pleasure to come into the shop and get a good service .

Show room staff where fab, no hounding but helpful when asked, talked us through everything so wenunderstood, no pushing to purchase extras, brilliant service apart from a delivery communication hiccup which was resolved. Delivery was very straight forward, delivery men where professional and helpful. So chuffed with my sofa, its everything I imagined 😍

Lots of information and very clear of the product and time scales

We went in the Hull store and after a brief chat with staff we were left alone to browse which was great so we were not hounded and left to look at our leasure, My mother ordered a sofa and got a pretty good deal especially with delivery. Not sure when we can track the order delivery but shouldn't be an issue. Great service from the store especially Antonitte, well done 5☆

Great experience, Kurtis was lovely and helped us pick out the right sofa for us and was very knowledgeable.

My wife and I have visited the store a few times before making a decision and most of the staff are pleasant enough however the chap we bought the sofa through was awesome. Gentle, doesn't push, talks through absolutely everything you need to know and is patient.

He also prefers Will instead of William.
