Walked around the store in my own time. Hitesh came over, I found him polite, very helpful and professional. He gave his time freely and I didn't feel rushed as I hadn't quite made my mind up. He explained everything clearly with no jargon.

The sales person (Paul I think is name is) was very helpful and informative about the products we were interested in…also very patient while we were discussing the product we liked the most…he even got myself and my daughter a drink, whilst we were making our decision. The store at Fosse Park Leicester has lots of helpful and knowledgeable staff who are not too pushy in their sales. Hitesh was our sales advisor and he answered all our questions and provided a very friendly non-pushy service when we finally purchased from DFS.

We had such a great experience at DFS…
We had such a great experience at DFS purchasing our new living room suite. Hitesh was thoroughly lovely from start to finish. He was supportive, genuine and really took the time to help us without ever making us feel pressured. It genuinely felt like he cared about making sure we were happy with our choice, and he was lots of fun too!
The whole team were brilliant. Everyone was smiling, welcoming and happy to have a giggle with us, which made the whole experience really enjoyable.
Honestly, we couldn’t fault it. Fantastic customer service and such a lovely team.
