We were looked after by Daniel. Daniel is a lovely guy, easy to talk to, answered all our questions and did not rush us.
I left DFS understanding what was happening and what to expect all because of Daniel.

Very helpful, gave plenty of advice and talked through options without feeling rushed to make a decision.

Staff were knowledgable. But could have done with our the sales pitch

Helpful staff. As an afterthought one of the staff mentioned that if we had not found anything suitable that they had a further showroom with discontinued furniture. We did buy from that section.

Polite, helpful sales assistant.

Across two visits, I was seen to by four members of staff who were all polite, friendly and evidently knowledgeable about what they were selling. While, obviously, these sales reps are trying to get their commission, I never felt that they were overbearing or pushing me into purchasing something that I didn't really want.

The sales person was amazing (Sham)she was very patient helped us with every step of the process and was a pleasure to deal with her a real credit to DFS thank you

The Lincoln store had a wide range of sofas and we have been looking for some time for our perfect sofa. Daniel was very knowledgeable about every process of the purchase and made it easy and stress free.

It was a great experience actually. 5 star! Sham our lady who served us was so well qualified and professional but also not too uptight and or arrogant. She was super approachable and she helped us pick out our sofa to which was in the clearance in the size and colour we wanted, which is super rare. The person who she got to check the order was also very professional and nice. They also were extremely accommodating when it came to trying coffee tables near the sofa.
I hope we are as impressed with the actual sofa when it arrives. Shouldn’t be too long to wait as it’s already made and ready. Top notch customer service and staff. Thanks Lincoln DFS!! So far so good

From the initial visit to the Lincoln store to have a “quick “ look to going back with my husband and convincing him we need a new sofa, Sham not only explained everything to me, she did the same for my husband. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. Thank you Sham, you’re an asset to the store. Looking forward to getting my new sofa and chair.

Great service. Daniel did an excellent job of guiding me through the purchase of my new furniture. I didn't feel rushed, he wasn't pushy and took a good deal of time to explain all the options that were available to me.
