Great customer service
Our sale agent, Faruk, was exceptional: he was thorough in his explanations and very diligent. He went above and beyond to ensure we picked the right sofa, with the right options at a very affordable repayment plan. The shop itself is very nice to walk around and had a lot of good sofas on display.

Spot on salesman
The choice of furniture on offer was great, but it was salesman who sealed it for us, Foruq I think his name was. He listened to our requirements, gave us the info we needed, gave us our space and then wrapped everything up nicely. He wasn't overbearing but was very professional.

A nice and relaxed environment
A nice and relaxed environment, was allowed to look around without being pressured, when salesman Derek came over to see if we was alright we told him we was looking for a particular one which we had seen online, he took us right to the one asked us if we wanted a coffee, which was lovely and left us to consider our purchase. On sitting on the sofa and trying to get back up we realised it wasn't for us, after a short space of time Derek returned and asked if everything was OK, we told him we struggled to get out of the sofa, which he advised us on another which would be more suitable and it was and we purchased it. Cannot fault the service and looking forward to receiving our new sofa.
