Sales representatives really helpful this is the fourth sofa we have brought from DFS over a number of years and the service is second to none. Customer service is excellent in the Measham branch and advice was really useful. Would 100% recommend.

Really pleased with the service…
Really pleased with the service received at the Measham store. Kate and Lee were both brilliant, very personable which is what you want. Didn’t feel under pressure and Kate was patient and helpful while choosing the configuration etc. Just got to wait for our sofa to arrive now! Thanks so much!

Stunning range of quality sofas.
Unfortunately couldn’t have the one I really wanted, as it doesn’t come in the configuration/size that would fit in my home, but with excellent help from employee Kate I was able to find the next best option.
Kate was very helpful and clearly knows her trade. She made the experience much less stressful with her calm and considerate manner.
It definitely helped having the finance option, especially with it being 0%.
Love that you link with a charity and I was more than happy to contribute towards their cause.

Sofas are lovely but delivery tracking was awful.
The sofas are lovely and the delivery itself was fine. It was the delivery tracking website that was the issue. It was still.saying that they were waiting for delivery from the warehouse to the delivery depot so we were left wondering whether it would arrive. The only notification of delivery was a text to say they were on their way.

No pushy staff
We were welcomed by a member of staff when we entered the store. They explained the layout and then we was allowed to look through the store at our own pace.
There was no pushy staff they were helpful when we needed advise.
