Excellent service

Fantastic friendly service, straight to the point.

Simon at DFS Norwich was very helpful when we were making our sofa selection - the Rosales 3 seat sofa bed, 2 seater sofa and footstool - explaining everything very clearly and advising of our options. Haven’t received the sofas yet but have purchased from DFS before and haven’t experienced any issues.

There was plenty of choice and the salesman was very helpful leaving us alone to discuss things between ourselves but being there to answer any questions we had.

Very friendly staff, thumbs up to dan,the man,attentive when needed,down to earth,allow you to prowse without the usual sales pitch😀.made it smooth sailing,book it with dan,you wont be disappointed,great prices,loads of choice.spacious store.

Excellent and friendly customer service

I visited the a couple of time to view sofas, didn’t feel under any pressure, Simon the sales person was welcoming & friendly, told me absolutely everything I need to know in friendly relaxed manner when I made my purchase, only down side is the wait time for my sofa as I need it now not in 11 weeks & the rather large delivery charge, I would have felt better after spending so much on a lower delivery charge, but the service was excellent & the store well laid out & welcoming, was even offered a coffee.

Please with sales girl who found and helped us with our sofa . Would have been 5 stars however her manager wouldn’t wait to sign off her sake and we could t wait any longer so had to lea e store and ring up to pay . Not a good example of her manager as he was chatting to client for ages and knew she was waiting to get it signed off. But said see the other manager who was with a client and was a bit deflating for her and not a good example to encourage the young girl who is a student and works part time in store . She deserves 5 stars the manager no stars !

Only went to check if they had a similar 2 seater settee and honestly didn't think that I would find it in DFS due to the uniqueness of the one I'd had originally.
Spoke to a couple of DFS staff as went through first part of store and then Richard popped across from the other side of store and had a chat about fabric and how they wore over time and was really only looking. He was a very pleasant and nice man, easy to talk to. Anyway I'd only gone another matter of a few yards, by this time Richard had started to make his way back to the other side but I quickly called him over as I couldn't believe it! I'd found virtually the same 2 seater settee in an olive colour (my previous one was a silver grey). It was amazing and said I'd like to buy it. I was ecstatic! Anyhow Richard checked a few things out, as apparently he hadn't been in the job only a couple of weeks, he was such a natural salesperson, you would not, have known! Anyhow after seeing how the prices stacked up as wanted the delivery and also stainguard over 5 years too. So I cheekily asked if there was discount, but the settee was already at a good price, so I wasn't complaining. Then as I could have paid for all of this outright, I asked what the credit price would be and he said 0% interest and what it would be to pay over a couple of years. Pocket money, honestly. Richard was very efficient, no stumbling when dealing with my details and the credit agreement just had to be signed when I had a chance to look at it, then once I'd completed those, first time ever, has it been this easy. I was approved quickly. I signed the agreement once I'd had a chance to sit and make sure I was happy with everything. So thank you to Richard for helping me to purchase this beautiful settee! Just now have to get the carpet, the curtains, not forgetting a new paint job....Thank you to DFS too, as the stock of absolutely gorgeous sofas etc that they have in, must be the best I've ever seen for some years.
