Great service with no pressure from the two sales people that we saw

Very helpful and not to pushy following you around . Gave us all the info we needed and recommended fabric due to child and kids.

I'm really sorry I can't remember the young ladies name that served me today. She was amazing & didn't pressure me into making a decision. Nothing was too much trouble. She even went and got some kitchen roll when my daughters puppy had an accident! She explained what all the gadgets do & what to expect when my new sofas arrive. I explained I was worried about the delivery as to whether it would fit in so she pointed out which were modular ones. I stated I was slightly concerned because my daughter who stays over sometimes bring her cat so she took the time to show me the insurance available which I also purchased. 10/10

Overall it was a good experience. The store is well laid out and it is easy to view the furniture on sale.

The showroom is bright and airy, with a very good selection of furniture available to view.

I spent ages browsing sofas until I found the one I wanted. I then approached staff to sort out the purchase, which was super easy. The staff were friendly and pleasant throughout. I am looking forward to my sofa arriving in a few weeks time.

Katie was so helpful and attentive. She knew the products inside out and provided all the details needed. She was very helpful by getting the tape measure out to show me against other sofas what the sizes were so I had a visual of what size I was purchasing when I was not sure about size and what would work best. She also provided alternatives and ways to make it work.
Katie was friendly and professional all the time. She answered all my questions in detail and took her time with me. Her customer service was excellent. I will return to DFS again as the service was impeccable. It was a 10/10 experience for customer service from Katie.Thank you Katie and DFS.
