Shop was warm and we recieved a lovely welcome from our sales assistant. The shop was laid out well. Once we agreed which items we wish to discuss our sales person provided all the information required and answered fully and in detail. We felt comfortable and proceeded to purchase. Did not go in expecting to buy anything but just to look around to get a feel of what was available. But Sid was very helpful and moved the sofa display all around so we could put bits together and measure up to see if it would fit our space. Ended up finding just what we wanted and needed

Terrible customer service
Afternoon selecting a few styles online I visited my local (Oxford) store to try them out and see the swatch selection. The first time I visited the DFS representative gave me the incorrect Swatch book. It took 5 minutes to find them again despite there only being a handful of customers in the store. This representative then went to find the correct swatch. After waiting almost 10 minutes I found the representative in deep conversation with other customers.
I visited another two times I received no acknowledgement from the staff. Would never shop in the Oxford store again.
