Amazing customer service, made the process super easy and stress free

I had been in the Paisley branch a few times looking at the new Falcon, before finally deciding to go ahead and purchase it. Had a lovely conversation with Lavina. Her knowledge of the product was impressive. Although she was on a commission basis, there was no hard sell, she wanted to make sure I was totally happy with my purchase before proceeding. Thank you.

I made a purchase with the help of Christine, she was friendly, very knowledgeable about the products, non pushy with the add-ons, and was extremely patient with me. She gave me time and space to make my decision, and made the whole experience a lot more pleasant than I’d expected it to be.
The store itself was clean, and had a nice atmosphere

My wife and myself visited the Paisley store for the first time and very impressed with the internal design features of the store containing a large selection of furniture.
We made contact with a member of the staff called Sahid who was smartly dressed and respectful to us and very informative with the products on show.
In our case we wanted to purchase a two and three piece sofas.
Sahid was very helpfull and respectfull answering all our questions and we felt confortable with no pressure to complete our purchase.

Absolutely outstanding great customer service

Staff member was 10/10 couldn't have asked for anyone nicer. The fact I turned up 10 mins before closing and the girl was amazing im sure her name was johanna ( mega apologies if ive got the name wrong ) took the time to process my order without any hassle had the biggest smile, just genuinely pleasant and can't recommend her enough. Retail shops wouldn't be F****D and wouldnt be relying on online if we had more people like Johanna on the front line

Came in just to see if the sofa I had viewed online looked good in real life and found it was actually on sale in the clearance section so decided to just go ahead and buy it. It did take a moment to find a member of staff on the shop floor but once I did, they were great. Anara was super helpful and explained the whole process clearly as well as just being generally friendly and chatty whilst we went through things. Noticed a few marks on the sofa and Anara kindly advised she would have a look at trying to remove these before the item was shipped - her colleague who helped sign off the exchange had advised that the item was sold as seen and didn’t seem as bothered by this so I felt Anara really went above and beyond in her customer service here. Overall a very positive experience.

Excellent customer service by Ash, he explained the details of the product extremely well and clearly explained the next steps. New sofa should be arriving in the next couple of weeks!

We had a great experience at DFS and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Derek. He was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. He listened to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel under any pressure.

Thanks to Derek, we found the perfect sofa for our home, and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to receive such excellent customer service these days, so we really wanted to say thank you. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with DFS in February of this year. I was with my niece when I purchased a lovely corner unit the Atholl suite.
To my horror I discovered 9 days later that it was 9cm
To long for what I needed. My niece and I went straight
Over to the store to find out what we could do about it.
Obviously I was going to buy another suite.
Lo and behold I was told immediately if I cancel I would lose my deposit of £676. I was shocked. You had to cancel within 24hours. I was told this when purchasing but did not think for all the world that I would have to cancel.
I had to pay an extra £276 to order another suite. It was the only option.Either pay £276 or lose £676. I was beaten. Thesuite I chose in a rush is very uncomfortable
And is of poor quality.
I have told this to the store but all I receive was we cannot help you.
I am having to purchase another suite suite as the one we have now has given me neck pain.
So beware when you shop at DFS. PAISLEY.

The sales girl knew all about the sofa I was looking at, unfortunately that one was sold but she sourced me the exact same sofa from another store. Am well pleased with my experience.
