Quickly popped into the store to check out a few options and look at the discounted section to see if any bargains to be had.
No pressure just nice sales people happy to chat and advise.
Purchase was quick and easy even helping to find matching items and talk about alternatives.

Great experience!
I’m have been to DFS a few times to look at the same sofa and we spoke with the same assistant, looking for him each time as he was so nice. He was very helpful, not pushy which we liked. He made the experience relaxing and enjoyable.

Plymouth branch, Zara was great, very patient as I took my time to decide which sofa I wanted my to my wife's annoyance.
Zara was very patient and understanding. Showed us which sofas met our needs and quickly advised which did not.
Manager was also efficient.
