Customer service was excellent and unlike some other furniture shops not pushy for a sale. Saida the sales assistant was helpful and patient, especially as I kept changing my mind regarding colour! I would rate the service 10 out of 10.

Inconsistent Charging and Poor Customer Service
Bought a £2000 sofa from DFS with built-in USB charging ports.
The centre charging panel is inconsistent and much slower than the left and right ports, despite all having the same rating. I tested with different cables and the issue remains.
Customer service advised this is due to “various factors” and refused to take further action as the unit is “still charging.”
Very disappointing, as I expected consistent performance and better after-sales support at this price.
