Plenty of choice to suit most homes and budgets
Wide selection of furniture i.e styles. Fabrics, sizes on display. Prices on each were easily identified making it easier to select which pieces were within price range for us to try. Environment was warm and welcoming as were staff. Any queries were quickly dealt with by knowledgeable staff. There was no pressure by staff when viewing furniture or indeed to purchase at that time.
If travelling to the store by car parking is not an issue either.

The sales woman that helped us was very informative and it was apparent she cared about the product and the decision we were making. She offered us a beverage which was tasty. Excellent service. No pressure when you walk in and are left to browse without being followed around the store. Staff extremely helpful and went that extra mile with there suggestions and advice. Very friendly, nice to see happy staff!

2nd visit to store
My experience was very good today with a very helpful gentleman. However I had been in 3 days ago and an email was to be sent to me to confirm order but it never arrived, hence my 2nd visit. I was very disappointed that DFS do not provide a phone number to their stores as my issue would have been easily rectified on a call without having to drive to store again
