We have been looking for a new sofa for a long time. Faisal at DFS in slough was very calm, patient and polite throughout the whole sales process. He explained everything step by step and was very professional throughout. He did not push us into buying which I believe is very important, as this has put me off in the past when I have walked into sofa shops. Overall an excellent experience with Faisal.
