On first entering the store you were…
On first entering the store you were allowed to have a browse without being jumped on immediately.
Josh asked us if we were okay and if we would like a drink. He is a natural not pushy salesman, he understood what we wanted and made the experience overall great wanting us to look at our next purchase through DFS for other furniture we need.
If all salesman were like Josh we are sure some people wouldn't dread walking through the door.
He made us feel welcome and and talked in detail about the sofa and materials and workmanship involved. He did not rush us at any point throughout the process.
We actually couldn't priase him enough, we left the store happy and smiley 😊

Brilliant experience
We were helped by a lovely lady who was very polite, very well spoken and very friendly. She answered any questions we had and discussed many different options with us, ensuring we made the right choice for us. We definitely left the store with a smile on our faces, happy with our purchase and confident it was the right one. Unfortunately I forgot to ask her name, but she was a gem.

Lack of information and communication!
We were not told about a delivery charge of over £100 despite spending nearly £3,000 on products.
Delivery notification told us 30 minutes away, arrived 2 hours later, apparently lorry broke down, but no communication from the operator despite an email sent by myself.
Paid £70 for 'sliders' on the settees but they never fitted them, just left in a bag and passed to my partner. How do we lift heavy settees to place them on.
Would be interested if I get a call/response personally or just through this platform.
