Lack of information and communication!
We were not told about a delivery charge of over £100 despite spending nearly £3,000 on products.
Delivery notification told us 30 minutes away, arrived 2 hours later, apparently lorry broke down, but no communication from the operator despite an email sent by myself.
Paid £70 for 'sliders' on the settees but they never fitted them, just left in a bag and passed to my partner. How do we lift heavy settees to place them on.
Would be interested if I get a call/response personally or just through this platform.

Everything was explained fully but they did feel that the aftercare/insurance was “just added” although they are satisfied that they have it.

Great time buying furniture
From the time we entered the shop looking for a sofa we were greeted by Joe and then left alone to browse at the beautiful furniture making are minds up
Once we had decided Joe was very helpful with the layout of the sofa and materials etc
We also then purchased a dining room table chairs a rug and some beautiful cushions , very very happy and looking forward to receiving our new furniture

Singularly Useless. Delivered a sofa with a fault, took it back then redelivered the same sofa with the same fault "as new"
Store won't do anything about it. Don't bother, buy from someone else.
