Pleasant experience and helpful staff
No pressure to sell, we were asked to look around and see if anything we like then they would be happy to help and answer any questions. The staff were all pleasant and thanked us for purchasing a sofa and explained cleaning of the sofa and talked us through an insurance plan for any problems that may arise

A relaxed experience
Been around numerous furniture stores to no avail. Staff at dfs Stirling were knowledgeable and unobtrusive. The shop floor was well laid out with styles for all, especially for a more modern but still contemporary look. I found the process relaxed and selected a recliner with ease with the help of Georgia. The interest free agreement over 4 years was an added bonus considering we are in the middle of a house remodelling. I love forward to the delivery of my 2 and 3 seaters in 12 weeks and hope that the standard of chairs is the same as the service.

Heather in the Stirling store
Heather in the Stirling store is an absolute gem! My husband and I went in with very specific sizes and she worked with us on multiple occasions to show us what sofas in the store would fit and ticked the boxes of what we were looking for. Went for a food shop, bought a suite as well.
Ruaraidh (apologies if I've spelt it wrong) was a credit to your business,he was warm,polite and knew all about the products I was showing an interest in.He also advised of any savings, warranty and delivery charges as soon as I asked the total price, this is in my opinion very good customer service as some other stores are not as transparent in their pricing until the quotes come in and you see they have added hundreds of pounds in some cases.
I was highly impressed by the quality and style of the suite.
Overall very happy and would defo recommend DFS based on this experience.

Just been in and bought a new couch
Just been in and bought a new couch, was in yesterday and after seeing a couple we liked we then went home to measure then came back today, Lynsey was so helpful and we actually came away with another couch after Lynsey don’t everything she could to get the measurements to fit in our space.
