We went to DFS Stratford to look for a new sofa. Was greeted by a lovely young lady who asked if we needed any help and we said we were just looking. We found a sofa we liked and approached her for assistance. She was very knowledgeable about this particular sofa and offered lots of information. She was not pushy forcing additional items like the foot stall but did recommend getting the sofa treated and the benefits of having it treated. Long story short we purchased the sofa! So far so good
So far so good. We are still waiting for the sofa to arrive. The timeframe is not brilliant (9 weeks) but the sofa we chose is great and comfortable and the price is better than other places where que quality seems poorer. We can’t wait to have our new comfortable sofa!
