There were no samples to see
There were no samples to see. It was very difficult to order colour swatches. The staff at Stratford Westfield branch were the laziest I had seen. The two staff ladies served me whilst sitting down and had no intention of getting up from their sofa seats. The sofas ordered were not on display anywhere nor did they have real life photo examples anywhere online either.

Ordered online as sales person unhelpful
I ordered online as the salesperson in the branch in Westfield, Stratford, was not interested in helping us. He was sitting on one of the sofa's when we went in the shop, with a laptop, and hardly looked up when I asked for help with a question, and he was very abrupt with the answer. We witnessed another customer come in the shop after us, and he said to them, hardly making eye contact, "I'm busy working, but if you need anything, ask me and I'll try to help". We thought his manner and customer service left a lot to be desired!
