Overall experience was good
Overall experience was good. We went in browsed was welcomed by Sales manager Simon. Helped us out with what we were after, explained different options and delivery times and need to know stuff. Ordered our sofa which is hopefully to be delivered in 5 weeks. All in all the experience in store was pleasant.

I had a great experience at DFS in Stratford, the staff were friendly and approachable when I entered the store. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The sales assistant gloria was amazing, very informative, great knowledge of the sofa I was interested in purchasing.

Amazing sales advisor
The sales advisor was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. With her help we found the ideal settee and armchair, and put in an order. Having a person there to take us through the order process was invaluable. It made spending money a pleasurably event, far better than ordering online.

From the time I walked into the store and engaged with Alicia I saw the true meaning of Customer Service. She took time to explain the benefits of my choice of sofa, the way the reclining system works and the colours available etc etc
The whole process from start to finish was made so much easier because of Alicia's positive attitude.
Plus, the hot chocolate she provided was tasteful (smile)
