I have ordered a DFS sofa after I have spent 2 hours in the store. The one I wanted couldn’t fit to the space I had so I picked the one that was the most comfortable. And it really felt so comfortable in the store.
When I received my sofa last week I was so disappointed. It was so hard and so so uncomfortable. It’s like completely different sofa. I don’t even know how this can be possible. Also the cushions for the back are very bulky and that makes the sitting area quite narrow. It wasn’t like that in the showroom. And I sit on that sofa for 2 h so can definitely remember.
Another thing, the guys who brought the sofa in were really nice and on time, but when they left I realised that while bringing the sofa in they ruined my wall corner in the corridor (I have a new built flat) so it’s really disappointing. I have contacted DFS customer service let’s see what they are gonna do about it.
