I want to Stratford DFS branch and I made my order 1400 pounds in one payment. The lady with the curly hair was very patient and professional but the other day I went to the same shop again to add one more cushion I had a horrible experience with the guy with a very long beard, he didn’t even stand up. He didn’t answer the hi and he didn’t want to do it and he asked me to make an email to order the cushion. I went out and back an hour later and I explained to him, I want these cushions and I like to make my order it took him 20 minutes to make it order and in the end, I tried to be polite and said bye. Have a great day he didn’t even answer.

I came into your shop for a sofa the shop is bright and welcoming. Service was excellent from the assistance (Natalia) she explained very detail to me about the sofa and the protection plan.And how the payment plan, credit score and the delivery service worked very well. Very polite person always had a smile on her face made me feel very comfortable left with a smile on my face. Great work!
