Really good I last bought my sofa at DFS iberb10years and its still going string so needed another and the assistant didn't fail yo deliver very ingormative without being intrusive. I eventually bought a lovey velvet style chesterfield. So happy with the service

Brilliant buying experience and service.
Gotta say... excellent buying experience at DFS Tottenham Court Road yesterday. Selection was great and full of variety. But what really made it brilliant was the customer service - usually, in this country service is terrible so it was a fantastic surprise that the team were so attentive, genuinely engaging and totally full of knowledge - with zero oversell! No pushy rubbish. Honestly, Aaron in particular I give top marks to... top, top buying experience. I got exactly what I was looking for and I enjoyed thoroughly experience and the genuine chat and engagement with Aaron. Great work guys. It's a shame such a buying experience is so rare. Alex
