Great service, really helpful advice.

I needed a new recliner chair, and we were able to wander and try out a few actually a lot to decide on size, comfort and reclining. Most but not all had power.
It was good how the staff said hello and asked if we need help, but went away when we didn't. Once we had chose not to and found the phone that had slipped out of my pocket, the DFS guy took his time explaining the options and firming up the order including stain and defect cover.
10/10 for product choice, store layout and 10/10 for staff helpfulness.

The staff member Trystan was extremely informative, attentive, knowledgeable and patient.
Answered all questions thoroughly, even my silly questions he answered without judgement.
We visited him twice in the same day.
Although sales as his job, the whole interaction felt very genuine over a decent product.

Teresa was outstanding. Her service says second to none. She took the time to explain all the options open to us on our selection and she detailed all the extended warranty and what it covered. She was so helpful and cheery, and super friendly. She made the whole experience a delight and we left hair with our choice. She even offered us a coffee!

We recently purchased a sofa from DFS and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and gave us plenty of space to browse without any pressure. When we were ready, they were extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us through the different styles, fabrics, and options to find exactly what suited our home and lifestyle.

The range of sofas available was impressive, with plenty of choice in terms of design, comfort, and customisation. It made it easy to find something that ticked all the boxes.

Ordering was straightforward, and we were kept informed throughout the process.

Excellent experience. Time to look without being hassled and when we did need help it was on hand straight away. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Went into the store at Threemilestone 2/04/26 and had a good look around and what i will say is the staff just left me alone and then when I was ready I went and spoked to a member of staff and talked to her about the one I wanted she sat down with me and never pushed me to buy anything I didn't want so felt so at ease thank you for your assistance Maringela wouldn't hesitate to go to the store again nice experience
