They were very helpful very good very patient they took us to look at everyone that we wanted to look at. Yes the man that sold the order corner units very very very good.

I was given clear and friendly information, without feeling pressured into anything.

After finally getting the green light after getting a completion date we came in solely to order our sofa. We have had many visits to dfs and other retailers but unlike the others you don’t feel any pressure from the sales people and don’t get followed around the shop! The sofa we picked was our dream one and we were carefully told about it and how to take care and clean it. The staff were very thorough and extremely friendly. They made everything easy for us.

Gave me and my daughter a lovely cup of coffee while we did everything and he answered all our questions. We entered the shop and weren't immediately bombarded but introduced to by a member of staff and were left to browse. We almost immediately found what we were looking for, went away and returned to make our purchase
