Edmund was very helpful & knowledgeable. He allowed us to browse the store but checked on us regularly (but not in a pushy way) & answered all the questions we had. We’re looking forward receiving our new sofa.

DelBoy and team served us brilliantly. A fun DFS experience, nice cuppa tea and great help getting the item we wanted!

Polite and friendly staff and an excellent range of products.

Jada was really welcoming and friendly and was very thorough with providing me with all the information I needed to make my decision. She explained everything clearly and checked with another member of the team on a couple of details when needed.
She told me about the 5 year care plan and explained its advantages but I never felt she was pressing me into anything.

We needed new mattress urgently so I went shopping around.Where was this nice lady called Kalpa and she was a great help,she put so much effort to find what would suit us.Absolutly amazing member of staff,I would give her 1000 stars - very noligible,explained what's what and more.

We recently visited DFS and were assisted by Mo, who provided impeccable service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience stress-free.

We had a fair amount of chaos with our children during the visit, but Mo remained professional, patient, and friendly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and he took the time to answer all our questions without making us feel rushed.

I received excellent customer service. The employees that helped us was very helpful in helping make our decision in which sofa to buy even after the store had technically closed. We ended up making the purchase and leaving extremely satisfied!

I was actually going to purchase sofa from the shop across the road however, sales rep of DFS was excellent and easily convinced me to make a purchase from them..

The whole process was really smooth, staff were really approachable and friendly. Explained everything about the sofa in terms of materials and how to make the use of it. Happy with the purchase

Amazing service! The staff at Watford DFS are honestly fantastic. I had such a lovely experience. They made us feel every comfortable, even offered water/coffee! The lovely lady who helped us, Kalpa, is truly such a valuable asset to the company. She gave us all the right advice and information that gave us clarity on the sofa we wanted to buy.
