Meeting Poppy was very relaxed, informative and listen to what style, colour and material we were looking for. She also understood our needs with regards our dogs and kids by recommending material protection and also extending our warranty.

Absolutely brilliant could not have been better

We were greeted by your salesman Jet and can honestly say he is the best salesman we have ever encountered. Friendly, polite, helpful, patient and allowed us to try out many suites, whilst offering us coffee, until we found the right one. He is definately an asset to DFS.

Easy process

We were served by John, he was polite and friendly. He approached us to ask if we needed any help and at the time we were just looking so we respectfully said No thank you.

When we were ready to talk more about a particular suite John was very knowledgeable and talked us through all of the colour options and told us about expected delivery times.

His customer service was excellent and would highly recommend the store especially if you get served by John!

Saw a sofa on line and went in store to have a look
Was greeted by a lovely man named Habib who kindly helped me
After his honest opinion about checking sizes for my room I changed my mind
With being on a budget I asked to see other options and chose something to suit me
I went with a sofa with electric recliners
After realising I didn’t have a socket close enough and I didn’t want to use an extension lead. I had to leave the shop to see how much my electrician would charge to fit a socket for me.
Habib did try to catch me after I had left the shop. He rang me to tell me spoke with his manager James who kindly offered me battery packs for the power to recline the sofa FREE of charge
I went back to the store and finalised the sale. Went above and beyond for me
Now I wait for delivery of my new sofa. Thank you so much guys

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They provided us with excellent customer service and knowledge with sofas and helped us pick the right choice. Will recommend other family members to visit.

I was welcomed into the store by a gentleman who said his name was bally he helped me to choose a 2 &3 seater as i was veru un sure what i needed he stay with us the whole time explaining all the fabrica colour and different products

They was so helpful,kind and explained everything to us in detail,I was even gave a Latte,which I enjoyed so much.we couldn't get a better service, well done 👏 👍

The lady salesperson who helped us with purchase was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Thais helped was decide regarding the purchase.
