I picked up my package at a DHL pick up point. The person at the reception was very kind and helpful and talkative in a nice way. Very good experience.

The postman was really a kind and helpful person. He kindly called me and asked me to deliver my packet to a closest post center when he found me not available to receive it at home.

DHL always works very well and is really reliable. Got a package from abroad and even though there is a lot of snow, it got here in one day.

You make it easy to redirect the package to a pickup point so it can be signed for there and picked up later.
