Amazing Shoe!!!
They are so comfortable on my feet. I stand and walk all day and with these my feet don’t hurt at all.

I think the Diadora brand is brilliant, the clothing is comfortable and excellent quality and very trendy.

Made in italy N9000 sneakers look even better in real life. Very comfortable, get lots of compliments.

The best running shoes I’ve ever had. I have already bought 2 pairs each for my wife and kids.

I just bought 2 pairs of Equipe Sestriere XT, Unfortunately they only had 2 pair in my size. They were different color so I bought both. I would have duplicated the order and bought 4 pair. They are very comfortable and well made. I had always bought New Balance but I like the way these are made. They seem more durable.

Diadora always takes care of their customers. My Original Atomos V7000 had a very unique and identical tear in both shoes which after the quality department examined they refunded my original purchase. I went on to buy the V7000 2nd Gen (So that i didn't have the same problem) and am excited to put them to the test!

The Gara is a first class racing or tempo shoe. The cushion is superb and the build quality is first rate. Two suggestions: have a bit more of a rocker and shorten the laces they are a bit long

Product arrived, just as described on the website, I played with the shoes, very comfortable and the studs are just the right size, makes it easy to play on turf too.

The only thing I didn't like was the shipping cost of $19 , that was too expensive.

So poor. Sizing charts states the inside leg measurement on the mens XL joggers was 86-87cm when in reality, it us closer to 78... I'm not sure you know what an inside leg measurement is. It stops at the ankle bone NOT the floor! Will be returned.

Easy to use website. Gorgeous runners. The returns process is easy yet found the €30 returns charge excessive and would put me off ordering again.

The shoes were too big so Inhad to return them. Very good build quality except from squiking insole due to recycled materials

The shoes are great, comfortable, fit excellent. The combination of grey and black is amazing. Very recommended !!!

I left an item in my checkout basket and Diadora sent me a discount code to encourage me to turn it into a purchase. I was grateful but had my eye on a different pair of trainers by that point. I emailed customer service explaining this asking for the discount code to be transferred to the newly wished for pair which they honoured for me. I bought the trainers and love them! Thank you customer service at Diadora!

I enjoy most of the Italian product design since 90. The quality always make me satisfied. This is one of the most enjoyable brand I own. Thank you for keep the tradition.

I purchased trainers in the summer, which I really liked. They were comfortable and stylish, and I did not want to part with them.

4-5 months later the inner heel had worn down. Then the plastic behind that broke, causing two painful plastic shards, that cut into my heel whenever I wore them.

I reached out to customer service to see if they do a repair or replacement service. After some initial back and forth they suggested a refund. I was really impressed with the manner in which they approached this.

After the package had arrived at their warehouse, I was instructed it would be refunded in 15 days, via an email notification.

After 15 days I reached out, they assured me it was being processed. After 25ish days I reached out, they told me they were looking in the warehouse. I chased again when it was approaching 40 days.

Today I received a reply, telling me the item does not match what I had purchased. What followed was image attachments of:
- A Top down view of an unopened box with my shipping label
- A Side angle of a pair of trainers I have never seen, let alone owned in my life.
- A Picture of a shoe box with a scanning code and product details.

Now after 40 days of waiting, 4/5 times of chasing (in which the critique had become stronger in each passing email), it doesn't seem odd to me that they would send this.

What I find most funny is the following:
- The shoe box my trainers arrived in, was thrown away shortly after I purchased the item (over 6 months ago)
- I am a size 7, whereas this box clearly states 9.5
- The shoebox has barcodes and product codes on it, a quick scan/search of that would tell them who that product belonged to.

But I digress.

To add insult to injury, I've just noticed they weren't even going to refund me the full amount.

I will explore every avenue until I receive a full refund.

For anyone interested in purchasing their products I would recommend the following Italian sports brands:
- Fila
- Kappa
- Lotto
...and that is where my google search ends.

I haven't owned a pair of Diadora trainers since the 80s. The quality is just as good now, as it was back then, great trainers and a great brand, with excellent styling.

Perfect. Everything was exactly as expected.
