Dial a TV Reviews 

I have been with Dial-A-TV for a number of years now and have found them absolutely fantastic. If my machine breaks down, they arrange for it to be fixed or replaced as soon as possible and always try to accommodate my working hours. Prices are more than fair especially considering what is included within that.

When the screen of my original laptop was cracked I telephoned and had a new one within 48 hours. Excellent service very friendly staff.

I found Dial a TV on Facebook ,first time ever I have used anything like this ,I'm glad I did ,I have 2 items with them and I personally think there great ,affordable and if there's a problem ,friendly customer service solved it there and then ,highly recommended .

We had a few bumps to start with but dial a TV worked hard to correct the issuse

Really great from starting my application to then arranging delivery they even installed my washer for me. The 2 guys who came where lovely. They even had a good giggle over me being excited to have a washer back.

Service was great and the delivery guys were really nice.
The only quibble I would have is I thought the TV would be put on the wall for me, They explained the reasons so it was cool.

I found the service very helpful from ordering to the delivery was quick and reliable. We havent been with them long to really make comment at present

When my old T.V. died, I worried that I would be without a television as my credit score was not good.
However, browsing the internet I found "Dial-A-TV", an alternative to purchasing which solved my problem.
The staff were very helpful, courteous and understanding and I soon took delivery of a brand new TV, which was also tested and fitted by one of their cheerful engineers.
If you keep up with monthly payments, you can upgrade and/or add appliances to your account. Just recently I began renting a new Vax hoover as, again, I haven't the means to purchase outright.
As far as I am aware, there are not too many rental companies these days, so thanks to "Dial-A-TV" I am continuing to enjoy the benefits of relatively low-outlay products with peace of mind that they can be replaced/repaired easily if they falter at no extra cost.
I thoroughly recommend this company.

I've been with dail a tv for a year now. I've not had them ring me loads to try and get me to get more bits. I had a problem I rang them and it was sorted within a few days. Great company to be with.
