My washing machine broke last Monday after calling out a engineer I was told it's the electrics now not being able to currently afford a washing machine I decided to look for a pay monthly company when dial a tv come up first on google search.

I had a look and apples for the cheapest option £21 a month I applied on the Wednesday & on Thursday I had a phone call asking me to pay 1 month in advance & if I'm available for delivery next Thursday.

No problems there paid the money and last night driver rang asking to arrive between 8 and 9 am.

At 8:10 today driver arrived andwas very pleasant aware that I am a disabled person and was very helpful.

Within 30 minutes all forms were done & my letters were checked washing machine plumbed in and that was it.

Ordered a Dyson dc07 over a month ago , driver turned up this morning with a completely different vac it was dc24 mini , which isn’t the one I ordered , wasn’t informed of this when I was called by Dial a Tv , paid 19 pounds upfront . Filled all forms in , the driver tested the vac and didn’t work , so annoyed I’ve waited over a month for it then, turned up with a faulty vac he said I would have to get booked back in for another delivery , just cancelled all together. Also tried to order a laptop from here and someone rang me the day before to confirm it was coming so I rearranged the delivery then to be told they haven’t any of the laptops I wanted in stock for the second week running

I have been renting appliances from Dial a TV for many years.
They have always given excellent service when renting new appliances and when arranging repairs.
The staff have always been friendly and helpful when you contact them with any problem or request. I would recommend dail a TV to anyone. Dial a TV would be my first choice if I need to rent any thing in the future.

They take money out of your account even if you have paid. Customer service don't seem to understand reason and logic and are quick to blame you for any problem....

Easy website and very friendly people to talk to so if your credit is poor get in touch if your house needs some stuff

Very please with the quick delivery and the service by the delivery drivers as they done a brilliant job showing me how it worked n cleaned up after them selfs also

Delivery drivers very efficient, polite and helpful. Dialatv as a whole, slow service. I had to wait over two weeks for a washing machine to be delivered, which then packed up after a few weeks. I then had to wait another week for a new machine To arrive, which with a family of four, all wearing school and work uniforms is not acceptable and very inconvenient, not to mention more expense having to use a launderette or drive to family and friends to get clothes washed.

I'd like to retract my last post about dial a TV old laptop replaced the day after for a nice decent Asus laptop customer service brilliant and delt with quick one happy chap now

Easy enough to deal with. Ordered then changed my mind after money had been paid. Refunded within 3 working days. You know what your getting and everything is simple to understand

Worst company ever, sent me a tv out didn't work properly so I told them have it back they told me they will refund my 41 pound 3 weeks later still not got my money back all they say is it will be with u in 7 days, like I said be for 3 weeks an still no money staff on the fhone are just rude also

10/10 would definitely recommend, unbelievable prices for great quality items, really happy with my phone can't wait to upgrade

I joined Dial a TV after seeing an advert on Facebook.

I took out a TV and hoover. I was told as I was a new member that the items would be 2nd hand whilst I built up my trust with them. The initial set up was simple and straight forward and explained well.

When my personal washer broke down I was able to get a brand new one because I had been with Dial a TV for 6 months. Due to the urgency I was able to sign a E-form and the washer was delivered and installed with no issues and was a life saver.

The only downside I was unable to specify the size, or choose the make and model from a range.

Highly recommended.have been with them over two years and would recommend to anyone.friendly helpful staff when calling and the deliver was helpful and friendly.love my washing

I got vax Hoover and a steam mop excellent products highly recommend and getting a ps3 next week
