This company is a joke!

This company is a joke!! They were very rude and disrespectful, when we are the customer. Don’t fall for their lies and misrepresentation. They made our presentation reservations without confirming a date and time with us when going to Hawaii. Then tell us they can’t change it and don’t care if we’ve already made other plans. Told us they would charge us in full if we did not go to the presentation and wanted to cancel after we’ve already made airfare renting a car and other plans in Hawaii.

Beware of room 407A

If I could give zero stars I would. I am staying at the Daytona Beach regency. DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms diamond offers you are filthy and the conjoint room walls are so paper thin you have ZERO PRIVACY. You can see through the door! This is the second bad experience I’ve had using one of their packages. The hotel has no other rooms available and the only way to do anything is to contact diamonds resorts well it’s Saturday so of course they are closed today!!! We will be leaving this trip early to find a hotel near by because it is that disgusting and we get no sleep because of the conjoint room. I’m sure they will charge us for the complete stay but we’ve been here less than 24 hours and are leaving which is so inconvenient but it’s not worth the stress.

Let me start off we are a family of 7 with a lower class income. I took my family to Disney world , we took the leap and saved a few dollars and had an experience my children will never forget. I did all the reservations because I knew what I could and could not afford. I stayed at mystic dunes, little did I know what a 30 min presentation would lead me and my family too. I had no money to give down, we take trips every year if and only we can afford it. We stayed at this presentation for almost 5hrs. I wanted out. I had my kids, they were hungry annoyed. Mind u I was there since 830 am. I drove from the rgv to Florida so we planned each day to make the best out of it. No they kept saying just a little more time. And I'm sorry I said I had no money down and they were like do u have a credit card. I was suckered on into this contract that I regret to this day. They want u to pay for the rest of your life and then pass it on to your kids so they can pay it's ridiculous. Now I'm so broke and no one can help me get out of it. I knew it was a bad thing from the start but they don't car e about how u live whether u can afford it or not, all they care about is a sale

BEFORE your next trip to Las Vegas

BEFORE your next trip to Las Vegas, put on your armor because you are going into battle…with the embedded Timeshare Agents lurking at every corner. The Venetian, with its luxury shopping and gondola rides, is apparently the Venus fly trap of Diamond Resorts. It was there that we were confronted by an aggressive “Concierge Agent” who baited us with a free gondola ride and a two-night stay certificate in exchange for a “1-hour presentation”. The transportation nightmare alone, was well over an hour by the end.

Unfortunately, it was just the beginning. The staff at the Polo Towers Sales Center, under Diamond Resort’s flag completely conned us into a predatory farse of a contract, that was presented as $17K, but in fact, is going to be over $40K with the massive interest rate of 21.39%. By the way, that is BEFORE you add in the massive fees associated that are applied annually. We have already spent more than $4.5K in less than about 8 months and have nothing but continuous bills to show for it.

They pressed us to apply for their American Express card to use for our 10% down payment and was told to use it for everyday expenses because we could use the points to pay off the credit card, when in fact, this was not the case for the American Express card that was given to us. It’s not applicable to transfer the points to pay off the credit balance. We were verbally told that the rescission period was 14 days when in Nevada it is in fact 5 calendar days.

The behavior that the Polo Tower Sales Center team and Management engage in is absolutely shameful, and they should be held accountable for their deceptive sales tactics and dishonest conduct.

The finance department at this company…

The finance department at this company is so shady. I’m pretty disgusted with how they manipulate in order to charge late fees. Felt like I was talking to a a slimy used car salesperson. This is how the conversation went - “I have to ask my manager. The manager says no.” Asked if I could speak to the manager but the manager wasn’t “available” to speak with me. They’ll call you. Yeah. Still waiting. What a clown show.

This is a total rip off

This is a total rip off! My fiancé paid $38,000+ for her shares. The maintenance fee is almost $2500 per year! I think she's used it for a total of 17 nights. By my math that's around $2700 per night and the shares are worth at best around $4000 to sell. Just rent a motel and save a huge amount of money to enjoy on the rest of your vacation expenses.

This was the BIGGEST SCAM

This was the BIGGEST SCAM! And once you’re in your stuck! Please do not buy a timeshare through them! They do nothing they promise and they points they give you per year are more costly than a vacation you can take their maintain e fees are outrageous and increase so much every year! We signed up in 2021 and weee not able to get out after a month, their grace period to get out of the contract is 3 DAYS!!!!

Stay away from Diamond and Hilton…

Stay away from Diamond and Hilton Resorts which bought them. I just was referred to a number for help and was told to wait for 170 minutes. This is after a month of failure to contact them. I did actually try to make a reservation for March earlier in Sedonna, and was told they were all gone UNLESS I was willing to attend yet another timeshare presentation. You get the idea.

DO NOT BUY THIS

DO NOT BUY THIS ! I was told that they can make accommodations and what not. I gave birth to my third child a year after getting this crap and now they are telling me I have to get a separate hotel room because when I purchased the package it was a party of 4. I’m constantly getting transferred and put on hold. It’s the most frustrating thing

Frustrated with the service

We are starting to think that no one works at this company at all. We are reaching out to them relentlessly, and getting no answer back. It is very unprofessional and a terrible look on them. Only solidifying for us why it is that we want out of this timeshare business in the first place

Fraudulent practice

Stay away from this company if you can. Through their incompetent IT mapping, they managed to process a booking for 2 nights at a Tenerife hotel (which happened to be fully booked anyway) , and sent the booking to a resort in Santa Fe New Mexico.
The payment was taken by the New México hotel, twice, and I'm now laying out £600, through no fault of my own. They refuse to refund me. Oh, and for good measure, they didn't even send out booking confirmations or invoices.
Basically give them bank details, and they'll take your money, regardless!

IT'S FRAUD

IT'S FRAUD
The sales person waste 6 to 7 hours in Hawaii, forces us to buy $10K timeshare package by saying that this will change our vacation places. Told me i have to pay $900 annually as a maintenance. After 2 months got the first bill of over $2k. Try to call cancel my plan and make me refund. Called 5 different place and no straights answer. every time call you going to be on hold min 1 hr. After holding so many time talk to someone and the answer what i got was Ridiculous. As per contract if i want to cancel it then i have to pay $2k first and have to wait for 6 month. Also have to pay $2k as penalty and $1k as cancellation fee. And when i ask some legal question the person who was on other side hang up on me. Don't suggest to buy anyone. Please if someone come and tell you about timeshare concept. just run away.....

I purchased a promotional package for…

I purchased a promotional package for $350 3 years ago and was told I had 4 years to use it. I tried booking several times on their website and through their customer service phone number. To this day,
I have not been able to book a vacation. I tried Hawaii and was told I could not use it there, I also tried several other destinations and was given an excuse why I'm not able to use it at that particular destination. I emailed them requesting a refund and never heard back. This is a total scam!!!

Diamond and Hilton are probably the…

Diamond and Hilton are probably the worst organisation I’ve ever had to deal with. I own many weeks at Sunset Harbour Club Tenerife and additional points. We have been going to Sunset Harbour for over 25 years and love it there but on a recent visit it was obvious that even the staff there regret any association with Diamond or Hilton. It’s basically impossible to get any help from them unless of course you want to give them money which they unexplainable manage to have available representatives all day long. I believe the organisation are bordering on dishonesty and I intend to pursue all avenues to finally achieve satisfaction.

Diamond & Hilton Grand Vacation is a SCAM

I've been disappointed with Diamond Resorts since I purchased the timeshare but now it's worst than ever. Since Hilton Grand Vacations purchase Diamond since have gotten worse. Their service is awful. No one seems to give a dam about you... And now it seems that we, the Diamond owners are treated like second class citizens, as compared to their HGV Members. I am about to lose 6700+ points because they can't make an exception, although, within all the presentations they've had me in trying to sell me an upgrade, they've never fully explained the use of points nor exactly what I'm entitled to... This whole company is a scam, and now I feel like a second class citizen, compared to the HGV members...
