I have visited the San Antonio location several times over the past 5-7 years for an array of gifts. My wife and I even purchased our wedding bands from this location - which still look amazing 5 years later. My wife and I are celebrating our 5-year wedding anniversary, and I decided that I wanted to upgrade her engagement ring. I had a beautiful 2.74ct diamond but wanted to find the right setting to place it. I worked with Yaniv (General Manager) at our San Antonio location to create a custom setting for the ring. He was wonderful to work with. He gave me a range of quotes that were very reasonable. When I came in to meet with him, he had preselected several examples and walked me through the design process. I picked up the completed ring a week later and it was perfect. My wife was overjoyed with how beautiful the ring is. Barak and Rachel - I want to bring to your attention a sales associate by the name of Cindy P. She went out of her way to make sure I had a beautiful diamond cross for Mothers Day. She was helpful, kind, honest and followed through on every detail. She even gave me access to her cell phone number so I could call her should any surprises arise. This is how customer service once looked and felt many years ago. I am thrilled to know that this type of service and attention to the customer still exists today at Diamond Direct. Timothy

I lost the diamond from my wedding ring after wearing it for 29 years. I had put on weight and wasn’t able to remove it. I entered Diamond’s Direct, at Polaris, full of emotion at having to have my rings cut from my finger. I was warmly greeted by Robin who soon found me in tears as I shared the reason I was there. She invited Mickey to join us as I shared the loss of my diamond and its connection to a family tragedy. With kindness and the precision of a pediatric neurosurgeon he was able to remove the rings from my finger.
I was devastated to learn my rings weren't covered by insurance. Robin discussed some options that I wasn't aware of for me to consider regarding the possible replacement of the diamond. Even though they are 30 minutes away from my home I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend them for wedding rings or other special gifts for the ones you love.

I started planning my anniversary present way too late, and the pendant that I wanted to get only came in 14k white gold. I worked with Cindy, first through chat and then through text, email and the phone. She helped get me pricing in different materials and different sizes, and coordinated with the designer to get it expedited to both make and ship the piece. She kept me fully informed every step of the way, and we got a beautiful custom made piece exactly in time for my anniversary. I really couldn't ask for more from this experience. Thanks, Cindy!

The process was simple and she was both knowledgeable and extremely responsive. I was able to purchase a diamond bracelet for my anniversary in the span of twenty minutes and it arrived two days later. This is the first review I have ever written, but I just thought compliments were warranted. Mary Beth and Diamonds direct have earned my future business.

Having lived in Raleigh, NC I was familiar with Diamonds Direct and reached out with some specific requests. I connected with Ginny who made the process so much easier than I thought it would be. Had a great experience buying a ring for my new fiance! The assistant, Cindy P. Made this task super easy and she was very helpful and knowledgeable! The ring was beautiful! And fit my fiance perfectly! Exactly what she wanted! Would recommend this place to anyone! And Cindy with top notch service!

I came in for a jewelry repair and was greeted by Elle. She recognized we were repeat customers and were only there for the repair work, but her attention was so personal and welcoming. That felt good. She interpreted what I wanted with the repair work and her instincts were spot on! We ended up discussing a custom piece for a sapphire I have and I'm sure we'll look for her again soon to initiate that piece.

GREAT CUSTOMER CARE! Yesterday I stopped by to request assistance with a necklace my husband had bought me for Christmas. Linsey assisted me with great care. My husband passed away on February 12, 2024. She thanked me for trusting them to help me. It was a very difficult situation for me, but Linsey made it so easy. I left feeling they really care about their customers!

I knew nothing about ring shopping so I took a very dear and best friend of mine and my fiancees to help with the process. I wanted to propose in Cabo and only had a week to get a ring. We went to a couple of different establishments before DD but they could not really accommodate my timeline. Upon arriving at DD we were greeted by Colin and knew immediately were at the right place. Colin is incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process seamless and comfortable. He provided information and recommendations without the upsell and discomfort. Not only was I able to get a beautiful ring in my impossible timeline, but Colin also accommodated all other requests such as sizing, ring changes, etc. I would highly recommend Colin and the team at DD for any occasion that requires getting your special moment right. Great place! I had the most satisfying experience

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had a gratifying satisfaction with Diamonds Direct Tysons VA. I was shopping to upgrade my diamond and looked all over at several other diamond dealers, in stores and online that process was frustrating and fraught with uncertainty besides I have learned a great deal about diamonds and knew when I am not being told the truth. Most diamonds Jewelers in stores and online had unsatisfactory reviews with too many options and no one to provide expert advice. So, the risk was really out there, and I feared that I would end up with bad experience. Unrelenting, I searched and searched for months then I heard about Diamonds Direct. I decided to give them a try, I spoke with Andrea and Rahul. I was invited to come to the store. They did not pressure me, but later I went saw the different diamonds and sizes per my request. I asked for more. A process that should have been stressful was so easy. They made everything so much easier.
I found more than what I was looking for and the diamond they found me exceeded my expectations. What a treasure.
They were very respectful, genuinely caring, - super knowledgeable, and were utmost professional Yes! They are honest, responsive, and thoughtful.
They are the epitome of what makes a customer want to do business with your company.

I was searching for a good sized, quality diamond for an engagement ring. I called Diamonds Direct and they were able to arrange for me to look at variety of loose round stones in the carat, color, clarity and price range that I was looking for. The service was great. They allowed me to select and diamond I wanted and, since they had a goldsmith on staff, they were able to mount it on a simple gold ring relatively quickly so that I could proposal to my now fiance over the holidays. I had looked a couple other outfits in the Twin Cities that offered loose stones, but they were not able to match the size, quality and price of Direct Diamonds.
