I contacted Bryan Cragnolini to set up an appointment for a friend to go look at engagements' rings for his future wife. Although Bryan was going to be out of state at another store, he set the appt with Zac Rumer. From the time we arrive Zac was very professional and have great knowledge of the diamond industry, and he made the experience feel relaxed, and enjoyable. My friend made his purchase, and we both was very pleased with Zac as well as Bryan.

5 Star Service from beginning to final purchase and follow-up.
On the third day of Diamond Direct being open in Aventura my girlfriend and I walked into this beautiful store of high end Diamonds and Jewelry.
We were met by the very knowledgeable and service minded Carla and the store manager Jonathan.
Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted refreshments and then we got an introduction to how the store operated, what kind of diamonds they offer in style, clarity and quality.
They both went out of their way to make the whole purchase of our 2,2 carat Diamond ring go as seamlessly as possible.
We decided on a ring with a halo and then Jonathan brought in different stones to match it. The purchase was a two day process before we made our decision on which stone and size of stone, even though we had fallen in love with what we wanted almost straight away. We still decided to sleep on it because we had visited other stores and needed to make up our mind. The next day there was no doubt, Diamond Direct was the only store that was on our mind. None of the other places we had visited was close to the service and trust we had gained at Diamond Direct.
As a pluss while we were there they fixed one of my girlfriends diamond rings at no additional charge.
Towards the end of the purchase Carla and my girlfriend found a diamond bracelet that perfectly matches her new ring. Spectacular way of finishing up our great experience with Diamond Direct.
Almost forgot to mention Champagne was served after our purchase to make it even better.
We would highly recommend Diamond Direct to anyone looking for that special purchase to a loved one.

I was so impressed with Andi Chappell at the Raleigh location. I came in to get new backs for my treasured diamond earrings. I was so afraid that I was going to lose them. She took my earrings, cleaned them up to look amazing, got me new fabulous backs, and treated me like I was a queen spending thousands of dollars with her. EXCELLENT customer service. I was a first-time engagement ring buyer and Ryan Choops helped me every step of the way, he was patient with educating me about the details, always made me feel comfortable throughout the process, then expedited the ring creation once I realized the proposal would be happening within a few weeks, I would recommend shopping here.

We recently visited the Raleigh store in search of a new Tacori band to add to my stack. We were helped by Katya, who was, in a word, LOVELY! Gracious and welcoming, fully knowledgeable and very thorough…..she took all the time to show us as many options as she thought I might like. She even made suggestions for future pieces when I said that I was interested in adding another ring to commemorate a major anniversary in a few more years. She was just wonderful, to include her follow-up communication after our initial order and the texts and phone calls she placed when our jewelry arrived. We are repeat customers, and as usual, everything about our experience was perfect! This is now the only place where I make major jewelry purchases!

We were attempting to get a ring online but the process was frustrating and fraught with uncertainty - every online retailer has tons of bad reviews mixed in with good ones so it just seemed too risky that we'd end up in the bad experience/support pile. On top of that there were almost too many options and no one to provide expert guidance on the types of ring, styles, etc. Finally, we went to Diamonds Direct here in St. Pete and immediately knew it was the right decision. It made everything so much easier. Everyone at the store is incredibly helpful - it’s clear they all had our best interest at heart.

We worked directly with Nicole. She was AMAZING in every respect - super knowledgeable, responsive, and demonstrated the utmost professionalism. She really took care of us. It was just an awesome experience. It’s so easy to buy stuff online nowadays....I’m really glad we ended up going to Diamonds Direct though. It will not be the last time.

10/10 recommend going to Diamonds Direct and requesting Allison. She was extremely caring and helpful during the whole process of purchasing our wedding bands and resetting my engagement diamond. The band I wanted didn’t fit under the current setting, so she was able to get my setting redone and back to us in less than a month. Allison was easy to reach and texted me every step of the way, and answered any questions we had. A process that should have been stressful was so easy thanks to her.

I lost my engagement ring and band after having it for 13 years. I was devastated! I cried for weeks before I realized it was really gone. My original engagement setting was ordered from Diamonds Direct, and the diamond, so on a whim I clicked on the chat button on their website. Cindy was an angel and called Tacori to see if I could still get the original setting that I previously had. Luckily, I was able to get it!!! Working full time, it is hard to get to the store which is an hour and a half away. I trusted Cindy from the beginning, and she spent days working on helping me pick the perfect diamond and getting my setting ordered! I did it all via chat/email/phone. If you need virtual assistance with anything, I highly recommend Cindy. She is a diamond expert, but more importantly, she has compassion and patience for her clients! Thank you so much Cindy!!!

The diamonds direct in short pump is the best diamond company I have ever dealt with. I bought a single diamond back in 2022 with the help of Brian. Fast forward to 2023 I was unhappy with the size of the diamond I had picked out which was beautiful in every way. I then met Rachel! She is the most patience caring person I have ever dealt with in a jewelry store. I probably called the store at least 30 times and physically went to the store a half dozen times looking at diamonds. She must have spent hours with me looking at different size and quality diamonds to make sure I found the perfect one for me never rushing me. You are more than just some random person to these people, you become family and their willingness to help where they can and go the extra distance. I also had the fine privilege of meeting the owner Ori. He’s a wonderful down to earth man willing to talk about your engagement needs if necessary as well. I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff. Sometimes I showed up looking like a complete disaster and I was treated the same way every time with a kind greeting and a smile. They also have a great credit line promotions throughout the year for interest free payments.
