As a company that supporting and servicing Large print formats in the USA we do need "Parts" - Comunication has been always very clear and fast - the shipping is always ontime - the only issue is that Website inventory is not accurate and we ended up to check the part availablity before placing the order.

Thank you for the review and for the four stars. Your order left our warehouse the day after it was placed and travelled on the economy service selected at checkout, which to Norway includes customs clearance on both sides, so delivery on 2 September was within the expected time. Where we let you down was the order page, which should have shown you all of this and instead gave an error; we are fixing that. If you need anything faster next time, the express option at checkout ships the same day and clears in one to two days.

Two months is not the life we expect from our caps, so this is not normal and we want to understand what happened. We have opened a ticket on our Helpdesk platform to investigate. We will also compensate you for the trouble. One of our engineers will be in touch or you can reply to us directly at usa@digiprint-supplies.com.
For context, our caps run at about a quarter of the OEM price, so a slightly shorter life than the original is expected, but not two months against a year. That gap is what we want to look into.
