Do not order bundles; they randomly exchange to other printer's catridges in the bundle
Do not order bundles - they put the wrong catridges in it!
Throughout 2026 it has happened 6 times which also include emergency orders with higher shipping costs.
No refund, no discount, no possibility to return. Case opened since forever and no replies except go through sales (ask them to contact the support to reply).
The 4 first times it was Cyan (February - April 2026)
The 2 last times it was Magenta (August 2026)
I just want them to acknowledge the problem, fix it and give us the attention, discount and possibility to return or throw away the faulty packaged catridges (though they absolutely work for another kind of printer).

Perfect printer head and the best deal on the net.
Paid for fast delivery and got it fast. I have bought many of these printer heads now and each one last me about 2 years. Always seems to be the black ink only going bad though. I just installed and everything is perfect! Thank you.
