Digital Fusion 

I went back to this company to look at another product. It was cheaper (and in stock). After a wee bit of affing around - I had quite a few senior moments I placed the order and can only say that the delivery was very very quick. Paid for 3-5 days, monitor was in fact delivered the very next day. Everything was shipshape. I.T. pleased, new owner of monitor pleased. For the service on this particular order I would rate the company on 4 stars (your website is over complicated for me) so you lose a star on that, but Mr Ahmed went out of his way to phone me and assist with this purchase where possible.


I placed an order on line on the 21st February with a next day delivery, I was advised very quickly that it was out of stock but delivery was due 14/03/11. I have spent 5 days last week trying to call Digital-Fusion only for the phones to ring out. I sent e-mails to Munir Ahmed - Sales Manager asking about the state of delivery again no reply. So at the moment I can't find out where the goods are.

Shame no photo of the item on the website but then I knew what the product was that I was buying.

Spoke to the customer service and they were very helpful. Laptop was delivered very quickly. Would use them again and I highly recommend them!

I had not used this company before and actually not heard of them. However, I thought the web site was very user friendly and was able to order what I wanted very easily. It was delivered within the date expected.

Good all round service, appart from slow disspatch.
I paid extra for next day delivery, but the item was still unsent two days after purchase.

Great and thorough pre Sales advice over the phone backed up by great pricing and lightening delivery times (ordered at 5.30pm, arrived next morning!). The best of traditional shopping with internet pricing - recommended

I paid fr next day delivery on the Thusrday about 2.30pm. Next day no sign of my parcel by 6PM and ther site showed the transaction as complete, which suggested the delivery had been made. I emailed them for clarification. I still don't have a reply 5 days later. At 9pm on the Friday I closed our outside gate meaning it would not be possible to get to the letterbox at my front door, only the one out by the gate. Next morning (Saturday) I checked the outside milbox about midday, and found a delivery attempt card from city link. No delivery time on the card but when I checked the tracking on their site it claimed they had tried to deliver at 11.18am on the crrect day. So bemused that someone came back maybe 21 hours or more later to put a card in my letterbox to say they had tried to deliver earlier, I waited till the Monday. The package finally arrived with the driver letting slip that he had several redeliveres that day, all claiming similar stories. One from a chap he knew was housebound and could not possibly have missed the delivery.

So in short, their choice of delivery company is questionable, and their choice to simply ignore my query over the late delivery shows very poor respect for the customer. If I pay for next day delivery I expect to get it, or some offer of recompense in the event of failure on their courier. I doubt I will be dealing with them again or recommending them. To add insult to the mix, they then link me to this review site having never answered my email. Very dissapointing.

Great communication and fast shipping , the item exactly what I eventually ordered and works very well , but they do have to change the photo in the description of this item as the unit i paid for was a single unit but the photo in the description shows the double twin pack , when I first paid for It I thought I was getting two and not one , not a complaint however as the price for a single unit is still very good and I would happily deal with them again

Bought samsung2443 from Digital-Fusion as a second monitor for Samsung245b, works great same size and resolution. Live stock levels on website were useful too - I nearly missed out.

They were the cheapest on the net and delivered within the allotted time.

ordered and paid for photo paper on two day delivery and it took a week,
also the wrong paper was sent. Telephoned to notify the problem and arranged for collection of the wrong paper and I am still waiting three weeks later for the incorrect paper to be collected

The item arrived very quickly and was a good deal cheaper than elsewhere. Slightly unexpected was a phone call the day after I placed the order. In hindsight it was an excellent idea. I had placed a high value order using a hotmail address and they wanted to confirm that it was for real. Can't fault it really.
