Bought a lamp for my samsung dlp tv and it was £30 to £50 cheaper than others and it included next day delivery. A slight problem with the delivery due to the delivery company, but a quick phone call and it was sorted out in a couple of minutes. In my opinion things will always go wrong from time to time and its how a company deals with the problem that defines them. Digital fusion sorted it out straight away with no mess and no fuss, great job. Only thing I would change is to supply a tracking number with the conformation email that the item has been sent but apart from that I would recommend them to anyone.

Good value for money, the cheapest I could find for this television. However, it would have helped if there had been a spec or a picture on the website as I had to search the web to try and get a description of exactly what I was getting and then found that the SD cards were not included with this television when buying from Digital-Fusion. However, the price totally out weighed this tiny problem and the communication was excellent both by telephone and email. I would recommend them.

I decided to ask Digital Fusion to call me to complete my order, as I'd read a few complaints about items beingl isted as in stock on the website but then mysteriously NOT in stock once the order had been paid for and confirmed.

Generally the service was good - I got a call back from Sales fairly promptly, but they then informed me that the website had listed the delivery charge for my 46" screen incorrectly. The delivery was not £8.50, but instead was £40. Since this then made the overall price uncompetitive, I mentioned this. They eventually reduced the delivery charge to £20, rather than £40, which was acceptable.

The items were despatched very promptly and accurately, no complaints at all about the delivery. I did however have to ring up again to get the invoice emailed through, and there was no ability to track my order through the website. So, this side of things could be slicker.

This company offers extremely competitive prices, though they are not opposed to telephoning to ask for extra payment for items due to errors on their website (Samsung 23" Monitor). Delivery was next day. At this point, no complaints.
When I opened the box, I quickly found out that I had ordered the wrong item online, due to Acer producing two different standards of desktop PC with the same part number. Review of the Digital-Fusion T&Cs revealed that goods could be returned if you "change your mind" within 7 days, so long as the items remain unused, with seals intact (Box can be opened).
Problems start when you decide to return the goods. A quick check of the negative comments on this rating board will identify a common theme. Notification of the intention to return goods is met with an extremely aggressive and hostile response, with statements that the goods cannot be returned if they have been opened and demands for a 15% restocking charge due to customer error. These statements are in direct contradiction to the DF T&Cs and the distance selling regulations.
In my case, the goods were taken back and I did receive a refund without paying restocking charges, but not before I had involved my credit card company. Beware of having to send anything back - for any reason, and always pay with credit card.

The projector i ordered came the very next day which was a surprise as i had ordered it late afternoon.

Fantastic price and fantastic delivery.
I'd definitely recommend and will use again.

Wanted a specific Asus Notebook 7.3 screen Digital Fusion had it shown on their web site, they were available on the phone to talk to, we ordered and it arrived the next day. And they had the lowest price we could find.

I called to check the contents of the bulb I needed, as there wasn't an image on the site, they were able to tell me very quickly. The order went through quickly and delivery was fast. The only extremely tiny issue I have is the invoice didn't show the 2% credit card charge, so the figures didn't match initially.
