Digital Fusion 

I found Digital Fusion by a Google search for the best price for the camera I wanted (a Casio H30 - as a result of reading the Which? tests). I received it the next day and it's a brilliant camera. I found Digital Fusion very easy to deal with having a land line (answered quickly), a proper address and plenty in stock - NONE of these points applied to Amazon who were virtually identical with the best price I could find. I am a cagey accountant and paid on credit card (1.5% surcharge but I get 1% cashback) to ensure I had the benefit of section 75 (which I've successfully claimed on in the past). However next time I'd pay by debit card to save the 0.5%.P.S. I was pleasantly surprised to find I can claim £30 cashback from Casio.

Ordered an SD Card and I paid extra for next day delivery, but delivery time was actually one week. digital-fusion didn't refund the extra delivery charge paid and no apology given. I will not be placing another order with them, and to anyone thnking about buying from them, I would suggest using another company that has a good all-round track record, even if you pay a little more.

My order was dispatched efficiently and promptly. When I had an enquiry about the courier this was dealt with helpfuly.

Munir Ahmed on Customer Sales was fantastic, he kept us informed on the progress of the order (all be it with a little bit of chasing) and our initial order with Digital Fusion went swimmingly - super fast postage and great quality items.

From our first order we were so happy we decided to order some more, however our item was now out of stock as we'd bought all of their stock in our first order. Understandably they had to order more from their supplier, we negotiated a lower price with no quibbles and were told that from point of order delivery would be 5-7 working days.

We placed the order on 28/06/2011 so expected the order to be delivered latest 07/07/2011. We actually received the order today - 12/07/2011.

We understand supply delays, however you can't help but be slightly disappointed when a shipment you are expecting doesn't arrive when expected - hence the 4* rather than 5* rating.

We would definitely look to order from this company again, but would suggest if you need urgent goods to ensure they have them in stock first!

Ordered my item yesterday and received it today at lunch time, so I'm satisfied with both the speed of delivery and condition of the product. The criticism I have though is that communications could be better.

You get a confirmation email immediately after the order is made but then nothing after that - no dispatch notice or anything. Basically you're kept in the dark over the whereabouts of your package until it actually gets to you.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone, although he answered my query, was quite short with me.. as if he was in the middle of something else that was taking his attention.

Other than that, I'm satisfied with the service and their prices are very competitive, although certainly at the moment I'd have to proceed with caution if I decide to purchase something from them again in future.

Easy to use web site, competitive prices, reliable fast delivery. I have used Digital Fusion many time and will definitely use them again.

Quick and easy payment method options, quick delivery based on what I asked for, everything that was mentioned that I would receive I got in the box properly packaged.
Only one thing that I noticed was after I recorded a video once, the quality didnt quite seem to be as good from there on in. I have no idea why but it is still a good quality video and a good quality item.
Overall I am very happy! 4 stars!

Due to my previous review earlier this week my problem with the company has now been resolved. At their request I am amending my rating, though I still think it is important to give an accurate reflection of my experience otherwise there is no point in these review sites.

I ordered something and subsequently cancelled it which is how the problem arose. This seems to be a recurring theme with this company - with returns and refunds - and I would recommend any prospective purchaser to read all of the reviews before making a decision to purchase. Most, like me, seem to have to deal with poor communication, sometimes a bit on the agressive side, and a long wait for a refund. Restocking fees are charged on returns - not in my case - though these are not mentioned in the terms and cond's. Next day delivery took a week in my case and this again seems to be a regular thing.

If you have a problem and can't resolve it - write a review - this worked very quickly for me - and others too it seems. A shame it has to get to that point, as their prices are very competitive, but I will pay a little more next time and buy elsewhere.

Website was good and goods promptly dispatched. Would have been useful to have been told that goods were coming in two separate deliveries but when I rang, they were very helpful and gave the necessary second tracking code. Both deliveries arrived safely so not a big deal. All in all a good company to use.

The website didn't have a picture of the camcorder I wanted, so I called to make sure it was in stock (3 left). I was assured that it was, in the colour I wanted, and I placed my order online. When I checked later in the day, stock had indeed gone down after my purchase. The camcorder arrived the next day, in good condition. There was a small mix-up with my address which was printed wrongly, and the courier had to phone me to clarify, but that wasn't a big deal.
The price was the cheapest I could find anywhere, so I am really happy with my purchase.

Recently I found some horrible reviews about the company, which I'm glad I didn't see before buying from them. I don't know if those reviews are the reason for their great prices and their change of practice or not, but my whole experience was perfect, and I'm definitely recommending them.

Good prices, fast delivery, polite and accurate communication. Exactly how a company should operate. Keep it up, Digital Fusion, and thanks!

Service was excellent, price was obviously good (thats why they got our business). One small observation - the 22" LCD Hans G Monitor we purchased was excellent with the exception the Mains lead had a European style plug (not a prob to us as we have loads of the UK style leads).

Great communication from the moment of placing the order to receiving the goods. Competitively priced item delivered quickly. Would have no hesitation in placing further orders. Well done!

A different retailer had left me waiting for weeks trying to get monitors in stock. I saw that Digital Fusion had plenty, and at a lower price, and was very pleased when they arrived the next day.

Delayed providing a review, so I could advise whether there were any problems with the product. I'm pleased to say that there haven't been. I bought a Samsung WB600. Digital Fusion provided one of the best prices for this camera, and backed this up with fast delivery. The camera was provided in the condition I expected, with all accessories. I have now had the camera two months, really pleased with it and it's continued to perform as expected. Would definitely recommend Digital Fusion on this experience.

Got the Olympus XZ-1 (in black) for £300 + £8 delivery.
I had to put the order through on the phone as the webpage had an issue with my card. The package turned up next day via Citylink as promised. The RRP is £400 and even a certain big retailer named after a large south american river had the black version at £350 and the white at £330 - so very very happy with this order. I had originally placed the order with another company a few months ago but cancelled it after a month because even though they said it was in stock it wasn't! So yes, Digital Fusion were very good for me, Mark, Berkshire, England.
